Miley Cyrus Not Dating Justin Gaston

For weeks we've been hearing reports of Miley Cyrus and Justin Gaston. We heard how much Billy Ray Cyrus loves the kid, and how he and Miley Cyrus have been seen together at a number of events as their relationship heats up. Now the 20 year old underwear model Justin Gaston seems to be down-playing the relationship.

"Oh, Miley's just a family friend, you know,’ he told Access Hollywood.

"I met Billy Ray on the show and just became friends with the whole family. And they’re such a great family.

"I moved to LA two years ago and started a modelling career and that’s kind of just to break into the music business and everything."

From these statements it doesn't sound like anything too romantic has transpired. Perhaps the relationship was more a matter of wishful thinking than anything else. Or this guy figured out what happens to 20 year olds who date 15 year olds in this country.

"The wig is literally catching on fire because I didn't know it was a cheap wig," Cyrus added. "And I thought, 'This isn't going to work for me.' So it doesn't work in real life but it works on the show!"

Miley Cyrus told reporters that had she been of age and legally entitled to vote in this years Presidential elections, she would probably have voted for Barack Obama. "He has kind eyes and big ears. Reminds me of a dog I once ate" said Miley of Obama. Miley - who is currently promoting her range of 'Hannah Montana as Mrs. Lady President' dolls - is not yet eligible to vote but says that that fact hasn't prevented her from bribing the parents of the kiddies who go to her concerts to vote for the Democratic candidate. "I offered a deal whereby the parents could get free ear plugs at all my shows to prevent hearing me sing shitty songs - but only if they promised to vote Obama", grinned Miley. Apparently the plan has worked with the Democrats giving Miley full credit for getting their man elected.

Drink water not sugar: Miley Cyrus fights back at Disney for pulling Hannah Montana diabetes episode

Miley Cyrus couldn't stop the Disney Channel from cancelling "No Sugar, Sugar," a Hannah Montana episode about diabetes that was supposed to air this Sunday, but she's fighting back in her own way.

She's bringing awareness to the disease — which her pal Nick Jonas has — by conspicuously posing for photographs with a bottle of Hint water in her hand.

Inside sources tell us that Miley is not a spokesperson for Hint (in other words, she isn't getting paid for the photos) but she is a strong proponent of the "Drink water, not sugar" message that is on every bottle of the water.

The shelved episode focused on Hannah Montana's response to a friend being diagnosed with diabetes. Some parents objected to the content after seeing a preview, so Disney decided not to air it.

The network has not been specific about what parents objected to, but did say it had "consulted with medical experts to inform the story and ensure that it was told responsibly" before the preview. The episode is being "reevaluated."

A source said: "Miley wanted special options like parking assist, so she ordered the car early. She is telling everyone that she hopes to get a car when she turns 16, so when it comes, she can say it was a surprise from her parents."
