Miley Cyrus Not Dating Justin Gaston

For weeks we've been hearing reports of Miley Cyrus and Justin Gaston. We heard how much Billy Ray Cyrus loves the kid, and how he and Miley Cyrus have been seen together at a number of events as their relationship heats up. Now the 20 year old underwear model Justin Gaston seems to be down-playing the relationship.

"Oh, Miley's just a family friend, you know,’ he told Access Hollywood.

"I met Billy Ray on the show and just became friends with the whole family. And they’re such a great family.

"I moved to LA two years ago and started a modelling career and that’s kind of just to break into the music business and everything."

From these statements it doesn't sound like anything too romantic has transpired. Perhaps the relationship was more a matter of wishful thinking than anything else. Or this guy figured out what happens to 20 year olds who date 15 year olds in this country.

The 15-year-old popstar just returned from her European promo tour for sophomore CD Breakout yesterday. While in Paris, Miley, performed 7 Things and added at the end of her song, “I still hate you.” The hit song is rumored to be about ex-boyfriend Nick Jonas.

Justin and Sam were supposedly dressed as two of the Jonas Brothers. Is Justin dressed as Miley’s ex-boyfriend Nick??

The pair put on an “impromptu concert” in the driveway of the Cyrus family home and gave out candy and posed for photos with passing trick-or-treaters.

Two weeks ago, Justin, Sam and Noahwent on a bike ride together.

Miley Cyrus Hits Christmas Day Parade 2008

Miley Cyrus films the music video for her new single “Fly on the Wall” at a studio in downtown Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon. The 15-year-old Disney sensation was accompanied by her momager Tish and older sisterBrandi.

Earlier that morning, Miley was seen wearing a Louisiana State University Tigers tee and a Fendi messenger bag. “Special friend” Justin Gaston was seen out and about in Beverly Hills around the same time.

Miley, along with the Jonas Brothersand Corbin Bleu, will be featured in this year’s Walt Disney World Christmas Day Parade. The show will air on Thursday, December 25th @ 10AM ET/PT on ABC.

Miley Cyrus' marriage vow

Miley Cyrus has vowed never to get married.

The 15-year-old star - who is dating underwear model Justin Gaston - doesn't want to tie the knot because she hates sharing a bathroom with the opposite sex.

She said: "I'm never getting married because I can't take sharing a bathroom! There were five of us on the tour bus recently and we all shared one bathroom. I shared it with three boys, included my dad. It was horrible.

"I'd have all my make-up out and someone would put their toothbrush on top of it - that's disgusting! Then my brother used my toothbrush to comb his eyebrows one day. I was like, 'This is getting seriously ridiculous. I'm getting my own bus because I can't handle this!' "

Miley also revealed her celebrity status used to intimidate prospective suitors.

She added to TOTP magazine: "I never got asked out - ever. I am just going to say it's down to the boys being intimidated, because I don't know what the problem is."
